Boutique 3–4 bedroom villa with lake view (not lake-front), self-catering with 3–4 lakeside dinners, one half-day boat charter, ferry-based exploration. Best for couples or families of 4–5 happy to manage logistics.

€25k–€50k per week (family or small group)

6–8 bedroom lake-view villa, private chef 4 evenings, private boat 2 days, private driver 2 days, sunset cruise, two-day Milan/Bergamo trip. Best for groups of 8–12.

€80k–€200k+ per week (full-service estate)
